1) What you’re buying

All products are digital and delivered by download link immediately after purchase.

2) 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied for any reason, email support@nexa-books.com within 30 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund.

  • No return required.

  • After a refund, access to the files may be disabled.

3) We’ll fix delivery issues

We will replace or re-send your files if:

  • the file is corrupted or won’t open, or

  • you were charged but didn’t receive the download link.

Contact support@nexa-books.com within 7 days of purchase and include your order number and the email used at checkout.

4) EU/UK digital-content notice

If you are an EU/UK consumer: by purchasing you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once the download starts. Our 30-day money-back guarantee above still applies.

5) How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider (typically 3–10 business days after we confirm the refund).

6) Chargebacks & fraud

We may disable access to files and/or decline future purchases in cases of chargeback, abuse, or suspected fraud.
